BSE-Sofia in the Process of Raising 118.23 Mln Leva Since the Beginning of the year

Since the beginning of the year 118.23 mln leva have been generated or are in the process of generation on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, said Radoslav Jeliazkov, BSE Issuers and Membership Director during the Third Regional Round Table „Bulgarian Stock Exchange and business – partners within the European Union“ taking place today in Plovdiv.

The market capitalization of the new shares exceeds 438 mln leva.

Last year a total of 56 public companies on the BSE registered capital increases. The total value of all increases stands at 413.27 mln leva.

The total amount of capital in terms of emission value (the actual money paid by investors) amounts to 376 mln leva, Mr. Jeliazkov added.

28 emissions of bonds were registered only in 2006 on the BSE. Their total value is 376 mln leva.

14 emisiions of bonds have been registered year-to-date. Their total value is 218 mln leva.

BSE is expecting some new issuers this year – these are CB Investbank, Hert, Net Info BG, Unifarm, Specialised Business Systems, Lev Ins, Pobeda Burgas, Lomsko Pivo, Enemona, MacCap Brokers, Sopharma Trading, Sofia Commerce Credit Group, Billboard, Hidroizomat and some others.
