BSE trade with the shares of Corporate Commercial bank AD-Sofia starts 18 June 2007, the stock exchange's website reported.

The decision was taken during today's meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The bank's capital is in the amount of 60 mln leva allocated in 6 mln shares with a face value of 10 leva.

This May the bank held an IPO in which 1 mln shares were sold at 58.50 leva/share.

Corporate Commercial Bank posted a net profit in the amount of 6.544 mln leva or 1.84 leva per share for 2006. Net revenues for the period stand at 30.938 mln leva compared with 23.654 mln leva for 2005.

The bank's total revenues for 2007 are expected to reach 87 mln leva and estimated net profit is 21.7 mln leva.

Main shareholders in the bank are Bromak Ltd and Tecnological Center – Microelectronics Institute AD controlling 69.34% and 29.06% of the capital respectively.
