Principal Shareholder in Media Systems Reduces its Stake to 63.20%
As a result of the capital increase of Media Systems AD Stara Zagora, the stake of the principal shareholder Tado Trade Action Development Organiztion, Switzerland was reduced from 77.11% to 63.20%, BSE reported.
The company increased capital from 2 mln leva to 3.5 mln leva by offering 1.5 mln shares with a face value of 1 lev, of which 1 499 971 shares were subscribed and paid.
A total of 473 705 shares of the company or 13.53% of the capital (after the increase) changed hands on the BSE today at an average of 4.30 leva or a total of 2.04 mln leva.
The company's 1Q profit is down to 125,000 leva from 354,000 leva a year ago.
Media Systems core activity is the closed production cycle (mastering – replication-print) of optical carriers of the type DVD and DVD-R. The company raised 1.5 mln leva in the increase, IPO costs stood at 35 203 leva.
