“Better way of living” – this is the concept behind the new “Bistritza Gardens” project. Bistritza Gardens is a closed-type residential complex comprising 52 single houses of different types, situated at the foot of Vitosha Mountain in the suburbs of Sofia. Main priorities when designing the project are convenience, safety and peaceful living for its residents.

The housing complex is on 35 000 sq.m. in the center of Bistritza village, which is just 6 km away from the ring road of Sofia.

Each house has its own yard and a two-car garage. The plots' sizes vary from 408 sq. m. to 700 sq. m. Houses have two, three or four bedrooms and built-up area from 231 to 365 sq. m.

The houses are offered either fully finished when clients can choose between modern and classic style, or finished only on screed and plaster with ready facades and gardens. The facades will be finished in different colors stucco combined with natural stone veneer and wood cladding panels.

Every house will be equipped with a gas heating installation. An elegant metal frame will be placed between the houses.

Prices stars from 221 962 euro (including VAT) for a house with built-up area of 231 sq.m together with a plot of 440 sq.m. Each client obtains ownership of both the house and the plot it is built on. EIBANK is the official financing partner of the project.

The design of the project is done by architect Atanas Panov’s studio - LP Consult Group. Construction company Lindner Bulgaria will be the building contractor for Bistritza Gardens. The building itself will take around one year from the start of infrastructure construction.

Additional services in the complex include: 24 hours security, cleaning of common areas, maintenance and technical support of all systems and infrastructure within the compound. One of the plots will remain ownership of the investor and there will be playground and one building for common use with nursery, small spa and fitness center.

The project is realized by the Bulgarian company “Bistritza Gardens” Ltd., created by a group of Israeli investors. The project cost is estimated at around 8 million euro.
