Today (2 May) is the last day for transacting shares of Kostenez-HHI JSCo and M+S Hydralic on BSE-Sofia, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to exercise their voting rights at the forthcoming general meetings of the companies.

The general meeting of Kostenez-HHI JSCo is expected to approve the company’s 2007-2008 investment plan and to vote the financial parameters, delivery technical framework, supplier and financing institution for the financing of the gas cogeneration project.

The shareholders of M+S Hydraulic are expected to vote a proposal to distribute the company’s financial result for last year amounting to 1.827 mln leva.

Tomorrow (3 May) is the last date for transferring shares of Bulgarian River Shipping AD-Ruse on BSE-Sofia, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to exercise their voting right at the forthcoming general meeting slated for 21 May.

According to the proposal the company’s capital will be increased from the current 1.158 mln leva to 28.959 mln leva via the issuance of 27.8 mln new shares with a face value of 1.00 lev each using own funds. Thus each shareholder will receive 24 new shares for free.

A series of auctions for the sell-off of 26.2066% of the company’s capital took place on BSE-Sofia last week. Their total price reached 52.6 mln leva.

The last working day of the week (Friday) is also the last day for transferring shares of EMKA AD and Elhim Iskra. The general meeting of the shareholders of EMKA AD is expected to vote a proposal to increase the company’s capital from 1.792 mln leva to 5.376 mln leva using own funds, while the shareholders of Elhim Iskra are to decide on the distribution of the company’s financial result.

Friday (4 May) is also the last day for trading rights from the initial capital increase of Hyundai Finance Special Purpose Vehicle on BSE-Sofia. The trust is planning to buy receivables under car leasing contracts. The rights will be traded under BSE code R2HFSPV.
