Individual Investor Upped Stake in EMPI to 23.911%
Stephan Bachvarov has acquired 1007 shares (6.1425%) from the capital of EMPI AD-Topolovo, thus increasing his total stake in the company to 23.911%, the Central Depository’s weekly bulletin shows.
The transaction took place on 29 March 2007 at 2.50 leva/share (2517.5 leva total).
The stock was sold by Stefko Atanasov, who brought his stake in the company down to zero.
EMPI AD is a manufacturer of electrical and plastic products. The company posted a 39,000 leva loss last year versus a 6,000 loss in 2005.
Its core capital amounts to 51,000 leva distributed in 16,394 shares with a par value of 3,10 leva each. Its own capital stands at 45,000 leva.
Holding Asenova Krepost controls 32.88% of EMPI’s capital.
Today’s bids on this position are at 2.50 leva, while asks stand at 3.25 leva/share.
