A total of 252,972 rights allowing investors to take part in the capital increase of Eurohold Bulgaria AD, were traded yesterday at 0.01 – 0.035 leva/share.

For the three days of trading a total of 3,794,757 rights have been traded in 197 transactions worth 76,437.79 leva.

The capital increase will be made through the issuance of 50.003 mln rights, each entitling to the subscription of 0.25 of the new shares (the proportion being 4:1). The code assigned to the emission is R1EUBG.

Eurohold Bulgaria plans to increase its capital from 50.002 mln leva to 62.503 mln leva via the issuance of 12.5 mln common, registered, paperless shares with a face value of 1 lev and emission value of 3.35 leva each.

The rights can be traded no later than May 28 and the final date for subscription of shares from the capital increase is June 20, 2007. The date of the auction for unused rights is June 5, 2007.

The majority shareholder in Eurohold Bulgaria AD – Bulgarian Holding Company AD announced it had exercised all of its rights (64% of the total rights issued) for the subscription of new shares from the capital increase.

8,508 shares of Eurohold Bulgaria changed hands yesterday at an average price of 3.43 leva up 1.18% from the previous session.
